I'm watching some random show on Travel Channel, and this chick is talking about the architecture of the Forbidden City in Japan. Namely, about how numbers are used and represented. The number 9 is apparently a number that represents the emperor's power. So we get this quote-

"Five is also a yang number, representing harmony. So 5 and 9 together shows the pairing of power and harmony."

The Forbidden City endorses 59. That is all.
