I've picked up a virus. It doesn't SEEM to be doing anything, but it's annoying as hell since it keeps bringing up the IE download box, the one with '[run] [save] [cancel]' y'know? And every now and then it'll open a random webpage. I have NO idea where I picked it up, since I haven't been anywhere especially unusual today. Mostly just around LJ, for that matter.

Anyway, it's called WinAntiSpyware 2007. Any helpful suggestions, flist?
