I have just discovered that Wil Wheaton, Weird Al Yankovic, and Brent Spiner all have Twitter. (Is that right? I don't even know the freaking terminology. Should it be plural? Is it a verb now? What?) And they are all apparently friends (followers?). This... may make me get one. -_-;;

Personally I like it because it's not a major time-sink. You can update from your cell phone wherever and whenever you want, and you don't have to spend hours catching up (since none of the updates are more than a couple sentences long anyway).
