There's a blood red moon tonight. It's nifty. Almost full, too.

My department manager says he wants to start training me to be a department manager as soon as he gets another person in the department who can close so I can switch to working days instead of closing. He thinks I'll be ready in time to transfer over to the new store that's opening up middle of next year. I'm still kind of o.o over that, but we'll see.

Other than that, life has been exceedingly boring. I've been kind of sick the last couple days, which is icky. And... um... yeah, like I said, boring. Ah well.

Ooh, that's nice. Recently at work they've been telling my manager to teach me things that usually only department managers do, and he thinks it's because they need a manager at another store. I think they might just want me to be able to take over his job if he gets fed up and quits someday, though. XD

I've never been in management before. I'm not sure I'm cut out for it.
