Jun. 11th, 2008 09:47 pmTonight, I got to spend the better part of two hours down in the basement. Rawrgh.
First, the tornado sirens went off at a little after 7:00pm. I was like 'oh fiiiiiiine' and went downstairs. That warning lasted till almost 8:00. Great. Oh well. It was over. So I drag myself back upstairs, go to make a sammich, and no sooner get done with THAT than, you guessed it, the sirens started going off again. So me and my sammich trudged back downstairs where we stayed until about an hour ago.
Sometimes I hate summer.
