Luckily this was not five in the morning, because to go outside, I would have had to trudge down three flights of steps, then down and around the corner to get to the courtyard doors. And then, he was perched on top of a three-story building. So I just looked out my window for a while, hoping the wind would gust strong enough to blow the bugger off the roof.
